Coordination and monitoring of progress amongst various subcontracting works
Proficiency in CAD software, checking drawing discrepancies, coordinating with client's representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
Attend meetings, inspections, liaison with QP's, government body and clients
Responsible for the upkeep / submission of reports including safety and other compliance matters
Job requirement
Prior experience with landed property construction in Singapore
Experienced with Structural and architectural works for Building Construction
Degree in Civil Engineering with relevant safety and construction certificate
