- Review project specifications and resolve technical queries.
- Draft method statements and rectify drawing inconsistencies.
- Manage project planning, design, material procurement, cost control, supervision, and documentation.
- Oversee construction activities, liaising with client representatives, consultants, and subcontractors on technical issues.
- Ensure timely project progress and adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Maintain compliance with the Company's ISO system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognized by relevant Professional Bodies, professional institutions, or BCA.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in building construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is advantageous.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project.
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all levels and fostering teamwork.
