Job Description:
- Coordinate with vendors on IT equipment installations, service, maintenance and repairs;
- Maintain IT equipment asset movement
- Provide IT assistance and user training;
- Strictly adhere and preserve confidentiality of all IT information;
- Complies with companywide policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development of standard operating procedures and policies.
- Perform basic software, portals and application support such as user accounts administration, application updates and upgrades and user training and guides on how to use.
- Provides first line support for IT needs on events, trainings and troubleshooting and technical support.
- Manages IT and Helpdesk email for urgent requests for support
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by Head of Department.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of IT equipment, troubleshooting, and user support.
- Familiarity with IT asset management and vendor coordination is a plus.
