Job Description
. Develop and draft project plans covering budget, resources and timeline for all projects
. Monitor project execution process and manage a project team to ensure timely implementation and completion of projects
. Coordinate project activities in all phases from initiation till closure
. Problem-solve any issues related to project
. Effective communication and co-ordinating between project participations
. Attend site meeting, inspect, monitor and report project progress
. Submit and update monthly project status
. Perform other duties or tasks assigned by immediate superior or Project Manager
Requirements
. Min Diploma in Engineering or Construction related field
Building Construction Safety Supervisor or equivalent trained
. Min 2-3 year of experience in service, commissioning or engineering or related field
. Familiar with fire protection system (e.g fire alarm panel) will be in advantage
. Project handling experience will be considered an advantage
. Problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
. Team oriented and able to work independently
. Detailed oriented, multi -tasking and able to handle stress
. Proficient in MS Office & database with analytical skills
. Proficient in communication and coordination skills
. Fluent in English & Mandarin
