Major Duties & Responsibilities
(A) Specific :
Conducts coordination study based on architectural, structural, and M&E drawings and submit Request for Information (RFI).
Submit technical documents, materials, and shop drawings to consultants using Request for Approval (RFA).
Review the coordination drawings and extract the necessary information and distribute to site supervisor and subcontractor to execute the work
Arrange for structural inspection prior to casting. Liaise with RE and RTO to obtain the inspection approval
Prepare all shop drawings related in main contractors scope. Prepare setting-out drawings and distribute to respective sub-contractors
Prepare micro-schedule for the site operation and ensure that work duration is within the master schedule set by project manager
Facilitate trade demonstration. Liaise with subcontractors to ensure that trade demonstration procedures are followed at site
Assist project manager in preparation and monitoring of EOT
(B) General :
Coordinate and work with other departments and vendors.
Ensure all Quality Documentation is implemented and maintained.
Other duties as assigned.
(C) Safety:
To follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place.
Job Requirements
(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training :
Degree or Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering, Building / Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or any other discipline related to building construction.
At least 2 years experience in a similar capacity in managing projects of similar nature and scale.
(B) Knowledge & Skills :
Strong in Persuasion, Service oriented, Client relationship and People Management.
AutoCAD, 3D Software (Photoshop,3D MAX)
BIM
Good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
PC literate and knowledge in MS Office.
(C) Experience :
Preferably with working experience in New Builds, Addition and Alteration (A&A) and upgrading projects
