We are a well-established construction company. In line with our expansion plans, we invite suitably qualified individuals to fill the following position:
PROJECT ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
- Handle documentary work for tenders, progress reports, handover documents, and as-built drawings.
- Monitor project progress and compare it with the project schedule.
- Respond to customer complaints and feedback.
- Troubleshoot air-conditioning system issues.
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and represent them in the field.
- Assign responsibilities and mentor the project team.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project manager and other participants to provide assistance and technical support.
- Independently motivated, able to review engineering deliverables, and take corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum relevant certificate in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 2-3 years of related working experience is preferred.
- Open to candidates of all experience levels.
- Proficient in MS Project and AutoCAD.
- Strong communication skills.
- Outgoing, willing to work extra hours, and possess a positive working attitude.
- Able to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates who can start immediately or with short notice are preferred.
