Location: Bukit Batok
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm
Salary: $3000 to $4500

Job Description
. Support Project Director/Manager in planning and executing site projects.
. Coordinate with local authorities, consultants, clients, sub-contractors, and vendors.
. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets specifications and procedures.
. Monitor site progress and ensure project timelines are met.
. Attend site meetings and provide progress reports to the Project Manager.
. Propose solutions to resolve technical and engineering issues.
. Oversee and coordinate subcontractor work.
. Manage equipment deliveries, project costs, and procurement to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
. Assist in site safety and health management.
. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirement:
. Singaporean or PR only.
. Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
. At least 2-3 years of relevant construction experience.
. Willing to work 5.5 days a week.
