Coordinate all M&E works with Clients, Consultants and Sub-contractors to resolve any technical/site issues.
. Experience in handling Interior Fitting Out Work/A&A Works Projects in Healthcare , Commercial , Office , House
Report to Project Director or Project Manager on any technical / site problems arising pertaining to M&E works.
Review and align M&E design drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and identify discrepancies between M&E, Structural, Architectural, ID and Client provisions.
Prepare M&E relevant documents such as Shopdrawings, Material Catalogues/Samples, Method Statements, RFI, CVI, Minutes of Meeting, Handover forms, OMM and others as required by the project.
Prepare progress report and monitoring of shopdrawing, material submission and RFI/CVI. Prepare M&E Combined Services Drawing (CSD), M&E Reflected Ceiling Plan (RCP), M&E Services relating to Structural items.
Coordination and monitoring of Sub-contractor's works to ensure that the work on site is on schedule.
Conduct and organize QC inspection and Testing and Commissioning with RTO and prepare Inspection Forms.
Attend progress and technical meetings and site walk with Clients and Consultants.
Attend site coordination meetings with Sub-contractors and site walk.
