Assists in setting up the servers and other peripherals needed for robot operations
Execute hardware and system upgrade or modification
Provide technical support to the Service Team for Tier 3 - Software and System issues whenever necessary
Conduct training to the Product Operators and Service Team for the newly setup system, equipping them with product operations and basic troubleshooting knowledge
Coordinates with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and providing regular progress reports
Escalate higher level issue whenever necessary
Prepare and submit relevant Operations documents as needed
Execute ad hoc tasks on behalf of the Robotics Operations Team as needed
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma, Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Engineering or other related fields
Proven relevant work experience of at least 2 years
Strong background in Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV)
Familiarity in mechanical/electrical hardware installation, setup and troubleshooting
Familiarity in system/network installation, setup and troubleshooting
Familiarity in AutoCAD, ElcoCAD and any other design and planning software
Familiarity of LINUX (Ubuntu) System and software troubleshooting will be an added advantage
Ability to read and interpret mechanical / electrical prints and other related technical documentation
Strong working knowledge of equipment, tools and components used in the industry
Proficiency in using computers and basic applications such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Ability to work independently and remain professional under pressure
Ability to clearly communicate with colleagues and end users
