We have an immediate requirement for a Project Engineer, who has the capability to drive the project to completion within the time and cost control requirements.

Requirements
- Min 5 years of project management experience
- Demonstrated understanding and experience of cost estimation and control, budget management, design review, risk assessment, safety & quality control and project scheduling.
- Ability to interpret construction contractual documents and contract modifications.
- Vast knowledge of all local legal issues, permits, and building codes involved
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to produce accurate work to project deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
