JOB DESCRIPTION- Be responsible for the planning, scheduling, controlling and coordinating of building services related works in terms of preventive / breakdown / A&A Works
To carry out their works accurately and timely and to ensure that works on site are carried out according to client requirement- Liaise and hold meetings with clients & Sub contractor to ensure that all requirements by clients and relevant authorities are adhered
Monitor, track, and provide timely project progress reports to the management
- Committed, positive attitude & able to handle projects independently
Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,- 00 - $4,500.00 per month
Schedule: - Monday to Friday
