Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible in securing and managing security & communications related system projects and third-party product & systems.
- Member of Project team, responsibilities include project planning, co-ordinate, implement and manage security & communications related systems projects
- Preparation of engineering design and documentation and follow up on quotations
- Preparation of project submissions, ensure up-to-date documents and final submission of project documentation
- Review contract scope, requirements and all costing to ensure designed systems meet customer's requirements
- Co-ordinate with customer, contractor, and work closely with internal departments to ensure projects are completed on schedule
- To improve on project profitability
- Supervise and monitor progress of works on site
- Ensuring smooth progress and completion of projects within budget/cost and time and quality standards
- Responsible in project closure, project audit findings if any and follow-ups
- Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent
- With 3 or 5 year's relevant experience in related industry
- Knowledge in project management is a must
- Strong customer focus,team player, independent and result-orientated
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels
- Energetic and high level of work commitment with a positive mindset
- Demonstrate abilities to work in a fast paced environment and able to work in cross functional teams.
