Responsibilities

• Offer pre- and post-sales technical support, aiding customers and field service engineers.
• Evaluate and set up vision system performance specifications.
• Handle customer-specific projects and documents.

Requirements

• Experienced in field servicing within the semiconductor industry, with a preference for expertise in Die Sorter or Wafer Sorter.
• Ability to troubleshoot electronics hardware systems is an added advantage.
