Project Engineer (Wireless Communications)

Job Description

. Perform site survey with customer and contractor for in-building sites

. Designing network distribution (using IBWave preferred), compile site survey report for submission

. Supporting radio network planning & optimization projects for in-building and outdoor scenarios

. Performing drive/walk test including post processing and analysis (using NEMO, TEMS, etc)

. Performing RF optimization for 4G/5G sites and performance monitoring.

. Solving RF related problems, troubleshooting and identifying root cause for performance issues

. Being the technical point of contact with project stakeholders, vendors and customer

Requirements

. Tertiary education qualification majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics or related field

. Minimum 2 years of RF planning & optimization experience in LTE mobile network deployment.

. Excellent in the fundamentals of radio access technologies and antenna systems.

. Experience in multi-vendor wireless equipment operation and network optimization.

. Dedicated team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

. Able to work well with cross cultural teams.
