To evaluate and analyse the contractor's proposed baseline master programme to identify gaps and weaknesses in the proposed programme, and to manage and track the approved master program for the Project in consultation with client and the consultants.
To manage and assess the design development works prepared by the consultants and contractors including but not limited to checking of shop drawings, sample approvals, mock-up approvals, etc.
To evaluate and assess contractor's construction methodology and method statements for adequacy and completeness
To monitor the authority submissions and approvals by the consultants and contractors, to meet the timeline specified in the master program.
To work closely with the QS and evaluate claims submitted for interim payments, and all other loss and expenses claims, if any.
To resolve discrepancies or technical conflicts, which may arise among consultants, stakeholders and contractors, while carrying out the works for the Project.
To monitor correspondences and submissions and highlight any invalid claim and/or incorrect facts made against client by the contractors, the consultants and any other party involved in the Project.
To provide overall coordination/liaison and interface with all contractors, consultants, authorities, services providers, client, and any other party involved in the Project.
To manage the post construction activities, such as testing and commissioning, as-built documentation, defect liability monitoring, account finalisation.
To assist in the management of the key milestones and deliverables of the project
To liaise and follow up with all stakeholders involved in the projects to ensure deliverables are achieved according to schedules
To set agenda, schedule meetings and arrange attendance of required stakeholders and project team members
To prepare, submit and present project status and outstanding matters related to his role and responsibilities
To produce records of discussions of all meetings
To ensure all construction works will not impact or affect the operations of Airport.
To ensure emergency preparedness protocols are adhered to by the contractors during trial runs or actual emergencies.
To manage and co-ordinate the handing / taking over of completed works including the ground improvement works carried out by Ministry of Transport.

Requirements
Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with at least 4 years of experience in the construction industry.
Strong experience in project coordination, preferably in large scale infrastructure projects.
Self motivated, driven and possess good analytical/ problem solving skills.
Able to lead a team of Project Engineers and chair meetings with various stakeholders.
Able to understand technical drawings, specifications and requirements.
Able to work independently, a strong team player and to handle fast paced projects.
Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders across all levels
