Oversee and execute the celebratory events and activities to be held in 2025.
Work with various Organising Committees to fulfil the objective of the events by raising operational funds through sponsors, engaging corporate partners, coordinating operations, logistics and manpower.
In tandem with Committees, create, plan and lead multi-channel marketing campaigns for internal and external stakeholders.
To create, implement and monitor project management plans within budget.
Requirements:
Degree from a recognised university.
Two or more years of working experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns, preferably with digital and social media marketing experience. Fresh graduates with honours degree in marketing or business administration can be considered.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to completion under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of MS software such as Powerpoint, Word and Excel. Working knowledge of Photoshop and other publishing software such as Canva would be advantageous.
Strong communication skills and an excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Be a creative thinker, proactive, a self-starter and a team player.
Willing to put in extra time to work with volunteers on some evenings and Saturdays.
