A progressive and dynamic M&E Engineering firm is seeking for suitable candidates who are seeking advancement in their careers.
- PROJECT COORDINATOR / EXECUTIVE

Candidates applying for this position are required to:-
- Attend meetings with clients, consultants and contractors for projects undertaken
Undertake project supervision and coordinating sub contractors works- Provide technical support, organize maintenance schedules and prepare quotations for periodic maintenance works for existing clients
Hands on in trouble shooting, repair and maintenance of related M&E services
- Work closely and coordinate with a team of Engineers and Designers
Conduct safety briefing and attend all safety and coordination meeting
Candidate must possess at least Engineering related certificates related to M&E building services- Preferably with 2 - 5 years in building construction industry and facilities maintenance
Strong understanding in M&E and engineering practice is an advantage
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office and other related engineering software is an added advantage.
Have safety supervision certifications is an advantage- Pleasant, good interpersonal skills, teamwork, solution-oriented and outcome- driven
