Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and strategize end-to-end project activities, including coordination and sourcing of materials at competitive prices.
- Control and manage project expenditure within guidelines.
- Provide project support to departments, overseeing site evaluation, reviewing technical drawings, and meeting clients when necessary.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination between internal and external customers.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail and possess a good working knowledge of carpentry and construction details.
- Responsible for props checking, on-site project checklist preparation, tools and equipment management, and post-installation reporting.
- Provide project management training to the Support Team.
Job Specifications
- Proficient in project management principles and practices, including project estimation, technical aspects, costing, liaison, labor forecasting, and building permits.
- Capable of working independently and meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills to engage with external and internal customers effectively.
- Willingness to work irregular hours based on project requirements.
