Personal assistant to Senior Manager Special project and Contract
Manage routine sales and assigned project tender enquiries.
Involved in the tender preparation, collate the tender documents and prepare on time submission.
Interface with the customers and inter / intra departments on the change of scopes, clarifications, etc and ensure on time submission.
Montor (closely) and follow up on quotations and tender submissions.
Assist in contract management on contract award.
Involved in contract execution as assigned including but not limited to interface with sub-contractors, technical specification compliance, on shore supports, project cost control and monitoring, delivery assurance, as built documents compilation and submission etc.
Post project administration includes but not limited to Account
Receivable expediting, Account Payable assurance, project post- mortem and final project P&L report.
Provide support to intra department ISO 9001 certification including training, education, auditing etc
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma and preferable in engineering training.
Training in or understanding of supply chain management will be an added advantage
Knowledge in contract law, ISO 9001 QMS and negotiation skills are a plus
Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience or 5 years working experiences in oil and gas industry
PC literate especially in MS Office particular Excel, Words.and Adobe. Able to work in an ERP environment. Understanding MS Project etc will be a plus
The candidate must come with high initiative, resourceful, able to plan ahead and willing to learn / explore new things. The willingness to meet and socialize with customers for future contracts is a plus.
