Job Description

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Track project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
Monitor project risks and issues, proposing solutions and mitigating potential impacts.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action points for follow-up.
Assist with resource allocation and manage project budgets effectively.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the project management process.
Source suppliers online for goods required for repair and replacement work on site.
Prepare quotations, send them to clients, and follow up on purchase orders.
Collaborate with existing suppliers to learn about their products and services.
Order parts and materials from suppliers as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve knowledge and skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Some background in engineering or related field preferably
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
