Project Executive (Interior Design/ Commercial Project)

Responsibilities:

• Skilled in developing, organizing, planning, and executing projects while managing budget and timeline constraints.
• Communicate effectively with clients and project team members throughout the project, ensuring smooth information flow, especially during the production stage.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers with clear, organized, and respectful communication.
• Prepare and oversee work schedules for all projects.
• Track and monitor the progress of ongoing projects to ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Design, and Procurement teams to ensure efficient project execution and provide support in sourcing materials if needed.
• Conduct site surveys to identify and resolve defects related to your projects.
• Offer ad-hoc after-sales support as required.
• Prepare quotations when necessary.
• Maintain an organized filing system in cooperation with colleagues.
• Provide M&E drawings and minimize production disruptions to prevent financial losses. Manage the overall project production sequence.
• Adhere to the company's SOPs and KPIs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in project management, renovation, or construction industries.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage several projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with all stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Google SketchUp and Autodesk AutoCAD is a plus.
