Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Executive to assist our client in supporting their IT infrastructure projects.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science, Software Engineering;
• Minimum 1 years of experience as project support analyst/co-ordinator related to Engineering and/or Software Developmentrelated Projects;
• Good understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices;
• Experience in liaising with stakeholders and cross-functional teams;
• Possesses strong communication skills and excels in time management while effectively managing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, complemented by adept presentation skills.

Desired Skill-set

• Agile or PMP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Project Managers and within the Project teams, ensuring project deliverables meet corporate quality standards;
• Assist in supporting project activities, assessments, and reviews and participate in the status meeting;
• Support Project Managers in budgeting, expense tracking, and cost management;
• Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports;
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and organizational procedures.
• Work with the Project Manager to ensure smooth and timely reporting, presentation, and/or analysis;
• Monitor and report on overall project progress, including milestone and deliverable status across the portfolio;
• Handle additional ad-hoc duties as needed.
