DESIGNATION : Project Executive (Design and Facilities)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to Lead of Design & Facilities Department, this position requires an individual with systematic and detailed organizing the various documents for the department. This position involves coordinating and providing administration duties to multiple brands within Food Services. Due to the nature of the work, this position sometimes require working after normal office hours to meet datelines.

Roles and Responsibilities :


Maintaining filing system (soft and hard copy)
Collating and consolidating of all Pre & Post projects documentation involving landlord, authorities, consultants and contractors
Preparation of Tender Documents
Consolidation of Tender results
Preparation of site progress report
Preparation of weekly Projects presentation
Coordinating with various departments for sourcing for quotations from contractors / vendors and getting necessary approvals from the respective departments
Tracking creation of PO with internal stakeholders and external contractors / vendors
Tracking of Projects progressive payment
Consolidate and compile Variation Orders (VO) for approval
Tracking overall Project expenditure
Assisting Department in relevant administration duties
Coordinating meetings with internal / external parties

QUALIFICATIONS

Familiar with Google and Microsoft (Excel, Words and Power Point)
Basic project knowledge will be an advantage
Ability to work independently and result driven
Proficient in administrative duties
Basic knowledge of renovation / project (architectural and M&E) will be an advantage as this position requires dealing with external parties on most aspects of project work

OTHER INFORMATION

Work location: FairPrice Hub (next to Joo Koon MRT station)
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6pm
