SWIMWERKS is expanding! We are scouting for new talents with great interest & passion to join our operations department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Oversee the scheduling and rostering of manpower
- Handle day-to-day operational issues and ensure issues are resolved in a proper and timely manner
- Manage and ensure smooth operations
- Recruitment of manpower
- Conduct safety checks and ensure that a high standard of safety is maintained
- Maintain our database of manpower and their certifications
- Handle enquiries via telephone and email while ensuring a high standard of quality in terms of business integrity and customer experience
- Resolve clients concerns and provide solutions and analysis
- Maintain and implement a set of standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Organize training and refresher courses
- All other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
REQUIREMENT:
- Working hours from 6am - 3pm
- An advantage if you are a certified swimming instructor, lifesaving instructor and/or lifeguard
- Strong eye for details and meticulous with numbers & data
- Ability to work well in a fast paced envrionment
- Able to work independently, resourceful and a good team player
- Excellent communication and customer's centric skills
- Familiar with microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
