Aevice Health is an innovative medtech startup based in Singapore, specializing in a FDA-cleared medical device, AeviceMD. We are expanding our market presence and enhancing our product indications in the US healthcare market. As we enter our next phase of growth, we are seeking a motivated individual to join our commercial team and drive our market expansion initiatives.
We are looking for a Project Executive/Manager for Market Expansion to support our market access and commercialization strategies in the US market while being based in Singapore. Working directly with the Chief Commercial Officer, this role will be instrumental in executing strategies to expand our product's market presence and secure new indications for use. The position level (Executive or Manager) will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
. Support market expansion projects focusing on the US healthcare market, including research and analysis of key account targets
. Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with US healthcare providers, payors, and key stakeholders
. Research reimbursement pathways and insurance coverage options
. Help create and execute market access strategies to increase product adoption
. Support clinical teams in documentation for expansion of product indications
. Prepare market analysis reports and presentations for senior management
. Track project timelines and deliverables across multiple stakeholders
. Assist in coordinating with regulatory teams to ensure compliance with FDA requirements
. Support relationship building with distribution partners and healthcare networks
. Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the medical device sector
. Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
. 0-2 years of working experience
. Fresh graduates with relevant internships in healthcare/medical device industry will be considered
. Basic understanding of healthcare systems
. Strong analytical and research skills
. Excellent communication skills

. 2-4 years of relevant working experience in healthcare/medical device industry
. Experience in market access, reimbursement strategies, or healthcare sales
. Demonstrated project management skills
. Experience working with international stakeholders
. Experience or internships in medical device companies
. Knowledge of US healthcare system
. Basic understanding of FDA regulatory processes
. Experience with market research and data analysis
. Previous exposure to healthcare providers or insurance companies
. Experience in a startup environment
. Strong analytical and research capabilities
. Good project management skills
. Excellent presentation and communication skills
. Proficiency in data analysis and market research
. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
