Job Scope:
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure project milestones are met.
- Resource Management: Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and contractors to secure necessary materials and resources.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure the project stays within financial constraints.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Team Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring everyone is aligned with project goals.
- Quality Control: Oversee the quality of work and materials to ensure they meet design specifications and standards.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or obstacles that arise during the project.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and meeting notes.
- Compliance: Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards.
- Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate with experience in project operation
- Good to have working experience for the company with business in related to housing decoration/interior design, furniture/construction.
