Project Executive (Retail Store experience) ref AW

Our client, a reputable Multi-business Company, is looking for a Project Executive.

You will be reporting to the Project Manager and will also be required to have project work experience in retail stores.

Job Responsibilities:

. Liaise with designer and brand principal and operational team to finalize designs and drawings to meet operational requirements.

. Organize design drawings and draft specifications for contract tenders in order to obtain comparison quotes.

. To project-manage and monitor store construction till completion.

. To engage in site supervision and site inspection.

. Work closely with team to ensure high quality of design, while ensuring cost effective solutions.

. To liaise with landlord, consultants, contractors and suppliers for timely completion of store construction.

. To design new shops when budget of designing is not available.

. To draft (digital) drawings.

. To support store operation in terms of up-keeping and maintenance when there is any incident complaints.

. To provide face-lifting proposal of old and tire shop condition.

Requirements:

. 3- 5 years relevant experience in retail stores

. Comfortable with occasional night duties due to job nature
