Job Brief:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Executive / Senior Project Executive / Assistant Manager to join our team, which specializes in corporate training, business advisory, internationalization strategy, and related services. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to manage administrative tasks, project management, and business development with minimal supervision. We offer on-the-job and specialized training, along with opportunities for career progression. The role may require occasional travel for short-term assignments, and candidates with significant experience may be considered for senior positions.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients programme OIC, government officials, visiting organisations, and other stakeholders pertaining to administrative arrangements
- Search, connect and liaise with potential organisations to explore corporate visits and other collaborations
- Handle all administrative and operational matters pertaining to clients programme needs
- Conduct market research and analyze industry background information to support clients internationalization needs
- Engage in basic market development activities, such as sending promotional emails or making outreach calls to chambers of commerce and related organizations, both locally and overseas
- Create content and simple graphics for social media platforms (e.g., WeChat, Facebook)
- Capture and edit short video clips for marketing purposes (an added advantage)
- Potentially travel for business assignments as required
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates with no experience are welcome to apply for the entry level position
- Preferably 2-4 years of working experience in professional advisory, corporate training, conference, trade exhibition, project management, or related sectors.
- Minimum qualification of Polytechnic diploma or equivalent
- Experience in working with corporate organizations and government entities, both local and international, is an added advantage
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
- Proven ability to manage projects and programs independently and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Capable of multitasking and managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong team player with the initiative to complete assigned tasks proactively.
- Adaptable to diverse, cross-cultural work settings.
- Eager to learn and take on new challenges.
