PROJECT EXECUTIVES (1 YEAR CONTRACT)

Exciting Opportunities for Project Executives and Project Managers!

We are thrilled to offer multiple one-year contract positions for Project Executives to contribute to the planning and execution of major world-class sports events in Singapore in 2025. These positions will commence from December 2024. Given the scale of these events and the number of significant activities planned throughout the year, we are seeking candidates for various roles within our project team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing event plans, budgets, and timelines with the project team, ensuring smooth event delivery.
• Engage with vendors, support contract negotiations, and manage agreements with suppliers, sponsors, and service providers.
• Coordinate the delivery of resources, including transportation, accommodation, and catering, as per event needs.
• Support the venue overlay process, including layout design, branding, and logistical arrangements.
• Collaborate with the Design Team on the production and delivery of event materials such as posters, banners, and promotional items.
• Provide on-site assistance during events, addressing issues and ensuring activities adhere to the plan.
• Monitor event budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-effective solutions.
• Contribute to post-event reports, capturing costs and performance metrics, and assist with financial claims and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Events Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring high standards in all aspects of event execution.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with a positive attitude.
• Prior experience in events or project management is highly desirable.
