Project Finance Administrator (MNC / One Year Contract)

Our Client would like to invite suitably experienced candidates to join their team as Finance Administrator.
Job Responsibilities
Financial (35%)
- Assist in Financial closing of the books in BU (Provision, Accruals, Billing, Processing payment, etc)
- Assist in Annual Budgeting, Monthly Forecast activity using in-house tools
- Financial controlling / monitoring (Icontrols)
- Variance Analysis and commentary on financial numbers: FC vs Act vs Budget
- Perform regular reviews on AR / WIP inventory, GRIR, bill due list, etc
- Pass JV
- Assist in ad hoc financial topics / reviews / audits
Commercial Ops (65%)
- Assist in project creation, PO creation, project ops & logistic, billing and AR collection (Ownership of respective projects)
- Work with PM and Engineers on respective projects
- Assist in Timesheet input on behalf of Engineers as well as quality check the submission by them. (Interim, will be phased out in couple of months time)
- Liaise with other colleagues / team members on related topics (GBS,Tax, AC, IT etc)
- Service order creation and billing
- Other tasks assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy or Business with min 3 years of relevant work experience
- Familiar with SAP FI and MM modules
- Able to manage various stakeholder for FC and project related topic
- Able to multitask high volume activities
- Organized and meticulous

Working Hours : 9 am - 6 pm (Mon - Fri)
Working Location : MacPherson (Near Potong Pasir MRT)
