Project Finance (Financing Exp / Wind Energy)

ACHIEVE is partnering with one of our esteemed client in the search for a Project Finance Manager to support their new energy development projects in the coming years.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial proposals and documents for internal approvals, external presentations, and negotiations.
• Develop and evaluate financing options, including debt, equity, and hybrid structures.
• Coordinate meetings and negotiate with financial institutions.
• Build and update cash flow models, analyze them, and prepare summary reports for external discussions and internal reviews.
• Provide the business development team with financial insights, recommendations, and support.
• Establish and nurture relationships with financial partners, investors, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and business development teams across Asia, and liaise with external financial advisors and consultants as needed.
• Identify and manage financial risks, devise strategies to minimize them, and ensure the financial stability of projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar function preferably with exposure to the energy sector, LNG infrastructure business and/or wind power projects is highly preferred
• Excellent negotiation, communication and critical thinking skills
• Proactive in driving things forward and picking up new things that are required for work
• Able to put themselves in the counterparties shoes to find solutions
• Self-motivated to grow and contribute to the company
• Think logically and rationally
• Capable of working independently
