About the role

As the Factory Finance Manager for Reckitt, you're not just crunching numbers; you're fuelling decisions that enhance our operational excellence and profitability. You'll work closely with the heart of our supply chain, providing insights that drive strategic actions and improve our gross margin. With your expertise, we can streamline our supply and procurement process, yielding high-impact results that resonate across our global market. Your responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Maintain the financial governance around the project expenses incl. POs
Ensure compliance to accounting standards and ensure compliance to Reckitt internal policies
Support in the creation of POs. Ensure appropriate governance framework exists to validate that only Project related spends get accounted under Project budget. Control at PO stage.
Track costs against budget. Monthly tracking and reporting of Project Spends
Coordinate actions and timelines with the different project departments. Responsible for financial budgeting for each forecast and Plan (FP&A) after working closely with Project Managers.
Provide financial insights on key project decisions (including key Productivity projects)
Review of Actual spends and ensure correct clarification as per accounting requirements. Provide guidance regarding appropriate accounting treatment for Capex and Opex as per policies and Accounting standards.
Work closely with Legal Entity Controllers of the Project sites to ensure smooth operations and financial discipline
Liase with Govt. Bodies for grants, claim filing and disbursements.
Support closely on routine and ad-hoc requests:

Project Lead
Project Team
Setup double hop costing in system. Maintain Std Cost/TPs in system, working with global tax team.
Reporting:
Update and circulate the monthly project spending report to the project team including actuals and rolling forecast
Ensure to make project red flags visible on time across the whole organization without any constraints

The experience we're looking for
Degree in Finance and/or Accounting - preferably Cost Accounting or ACCA qualification.
Minimum 5 years of professional work experience in multi-national companies.
SAP experience.
Business analysis experience.
