Assist in managing and fronting all project-related activities end-to end to deliver clients projects, from the point of project kick-off/initialisation to actual project launch/implementation
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to produce and refine project timelines, milestones and assist in other relevant documents (eg, worker's list, vehicle list, deployment details )so as to deliver clients project on time and at the highest quality service levels
Assist in understanding, processing and coordinating change requests from clients in a clear and concise manner before allocating tasks and action items internally for assigned team members to work on within individual sprints/timeboxes
Assist in identifying obstacles, proactively mitigating risks and escalating issues to be resolved effectively and early
Applying and enforcing existing company SOPs and best practices to ensure assigned projects are managed effectively and efficiently, while continuously reviewing and suggesting strategies to improve project management processes and workflows
Requirements:
High emotional intelligence and maturity to handle the rigours of not only day-to-day project management, operations but also people management
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to write and articulate well, whether over the email, phone, video-conferencing platforms (eg, Webex, Zoom, Slack) or in-person in a boardroom environment
Resourceful and positive team player with strong analytical and planning skills
Proactive and self-motivated
Minimum 1 year project coordination/management experience and proven track record
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in related courses
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently and a good team player at the same time
