This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery while collaborating with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong project leadership experience, operational knowledge, and effective communication skills.
What you will do
- Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial business case development and economic analysis to final delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Collaborate with measure owners and stakeholders to establish clear expectations, deliverables, and maintain open communication throughout the project
- Assemble and manage the project team, ensuring the right resources are available and effectively allocated to meet project objectives
- Identify potential risks early in the project and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies to minimize impact
- Monitor and report on project metrics, including time, cost, and quality, providing regular updates to stakeholders and the Steering Committee
- Stay informed about technological advancements and industry trends, applying SMART Lean principles, and sharing best practices to enhance project management methodologies across the organization.
What you bring
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related fields
- Minimum 8 years in related professional roles, with 5-8 years in project leadership, demonstrating strong project management skills and methodologies
- Proven ability to lead change initiatives and drive operational improvements effectively
- Experience in managing teams and resources within manufacturing, service, distribution, and supply chain operations
- Background in electronics manufacturing, medical devices, or technology, coupled with good operations finance acumen.
