Oversee and manage all mechanical and electrical (M&E) work on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed according to specifications, within the allocated budget, and on schedule.
Create and review M&E designs and drawings to ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and project requirements.
Collaborate with contractors and consultants to address and resolve technical issues related to M&E installations.
Conduct site inspections to track work progress and quality, promptly addressing any issues that arise.
Prepare and submit regular project reports, including updates on progress, potential risks, and mitigation strategies.
Develop and submit shop drawings, coordinate Revit BIM, and prepare as-built and construction drawings.
Maintain project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and change orders.
Work with the procurement team to source and obtain necessary M&E materials and equipment.
Assist with the commissioning and handover process of completed M&E systems to clients.
