Responsibilities: Support in Pre-Sales & After-Sales
Ensure the smooth processing of Sales Order from the time the order is taken by the Sales to the time the order is delivered, through proper & timely coordination with Operations/Logistic Department
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the projects and the scope (carrying out purchases as required; monitor delivery status; activating production/ assembly works; reviewing deliverables prepared by Operations and Logistic Team before sending to clients; monitoring status of sample submissions and replacement returns)
Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs & requirements
Ensure project documents are complete, current and filed appropriately
Attend site meetings and organize product mock-ups when required
Minimise exposure and risks on projects by effectively applying methodology and enforcing project standards
Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Electrical/Building & Architecture
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in building industry preferred
Good spoken & written English
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
Possess excellent interpersonal & communication/negotiation skills, initiative & resourceful
Able to work independently & under pressure
5-day work week
