Job Description

To deliver full scope of services sold until Final Acceptance by Customer
An Effective organiser and communicator between all relevant Stakeholders.
Can do attitude and utilize manpower and resources balanced to efficiently achieve buy off in shortest possible time.
Internal coordination with local and HQ staff.
Support sales team by translating and assessing Chinese Language tender documents.
Manage project according to company policy, company standards, and client satisfaction.
Project preparation-schedule of project, sales order tracking, machine configuration to specifications.
Manage documentation of projects.
In charge of in-house stock, overseas stock and shipping.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronic, Automation or Mechanical Engineering.
Min 3 years of experience in a similar position in project management in Equipment preferably in SMT/PBCA process and practical experience.
International project management is an added advantage
Bilingual in English and Chinese Language
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies as relevant to the project execution.
Self-starter with excellent leadership and team building skills for end-to-end program management.
Able to apply commonly used MS Excel shortcut keys and has a good habit of notes taking in pointers.
