Project Management Officer (PMO)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the operation team in planning construction works to ensure the projects meet the budget and due date.
• Conduct site visits to monitor the project progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project alignment and timely completion.
• Manage workers to ensure they complete the tasks according to instruction given.
• Track and report project progress to project manager, including work schedule, overtime arrangement, budgets, and resource used.
• Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and properly maintained.
• Ensure all project meet the requirement of safety standards and SOP.
• Help to resolve issues at work site.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Interior Design or related professional certification.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in project management or a related role in construction industry.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in the construction industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication skills to work effectively with contractors, workers, and clients.
• Ability to read and interpret construction and technical specifications.
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
