Project Manager

- Attend tender site show, tender interview documentation, presentation and MOS, cost propose

- Achieve monthly/ quarterly/ yearly sales target project capacity

- Project contract terms and project risk

- Ensuring regulatory compliance

- BQ, drawing, specification and scopes of works enable effective project execution

- Programming of project

- Project purchase, operational strategy to save cost

- Project claim and contract profit strategy

- Oversee day-to-day full spectrum of company operations in line with the company organisation chart.

- Project liability management - defect, DLP, handing over (EOT/ LD) deposited, claim and invoice and payment.

- Ensure employees and workers work productively

- Direct the workers assessment process

- Prepare regular reports for client and upper management

- Ensure staffs follows health and safety regulations

- Provide solutions to issues
