Project Manager Job Responsibilities:
1. Establishing clear objectives and deliverables for each project to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
2. Managing project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and projects are delivered on schedule.
3. Be accountable to the Customer as the Contractor's agent, for all aspects of the design, development, delivery, installation,
integration, migration, testing, implementation, operations, and maintenance services of the System.
4. Co-ordinate project activities with the Customer, existing vendors and other parties as indicated by the Customer.
5. Prepare and submit detailed development plans and schedules.
6. Manage changes within project constraints, e.g. scope, resource, and schedule.
7. Attending regular onsite and online customer meetings, responsible for the write-up of meeting deliverables, milestone reports, and project acceptance documentation, as well as overseeing the billing process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
8. Prepare and submit progress reports, development plans and schedules.
9. Manage changes within project constraints, e.g. scope, resource, and schedule.
