Project Manager (AMK)

Job Responsibilities

• Project Management. Responsible for overseeing the project management and execution of the project assigned by the Division Manager. Develop and review the project schedule and ensure timely delivery of the project.
• Stakeholder Management. Understand customers requirements and ensure customer satisfaction. Liaise and coordinate with customers and vendors, deconflict training and work on the ground.
• Resource Management. Manage resources such as manpower, computers and project space, for software development, integration and testing.
• Finance / Budget Management. Oversee the project's budget and spending and ensure timely submission of finance/procurement documents such as Certificate of Completion (COC), Request for Billing (RFB), Purchase Request (PR), and Purchase Order (PO). Also, ensure Goods Receipt (GR) upon receipt of delivery of goods and services.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Division Manager.

Job Requirements

• Essential to have proven leadership and management skills.
• Good track record of managing projects for at least 3 years.
• Goot to have professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Good to have knowledge and experience with firefighting and damage control requirements.
• Good to have technical knowledge in monitoring and control systems such as Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), hydraulics system for motion control, CCTV and PA systems.
• Able to work in naval base/environment.
