Job Summary:
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Project Managers to manage complex infrastructure, hardware, networking, cloud, and security projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple IT Systems Integration projects across various industries, ensuring successful delivery within budgeted resources and time.
We are looking for candidates who has:
Project Management Experience
- Extensive experience in implementing large complex infrastructure, hardware, networking, cloud, security projects as Project Manager in SI/Vendor/Product Principal environments (main experience). Project Management experience in projects such as SaaS business applications, Infrastructure as Code (IAC), ETL, analytics and custom development as secondary project management experience.
- Ability to project manage multiple IT Systems across multi-industry clients.
- Sound decision making, continuous improvement mindset and calm leadership of project team under the pressures of resource, budget and time constraints.
- Work closely with technical leads, engineers, partners to manage project delivery.
Project Management Best Practice
- Confidence and strength in articulating and leading members to follow project management methodologies Waterfall / SCRUM / Agile.
- Strong and consistent in using PMO Project Management Best practices, tools and techniques for client projects Efficient in management of time, scope, cost, quality issues, risks, change requests and internal/external/client escalations.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets effectively and experienced in project financial reporting.
Project Management Pre-Sales Engagement
- Work closely with Sales and Pre-Sales Solution Architects to document and present solutions during proposal stage.
- Tender response, SOW, project planning, project roadmaps, project effort estimation, project organization chart.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with ability to coordinate between technical, business teams and executive C level clients.
- The ideal candidate should project a professional image, demonstrating excellent written/verbal communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Professional Client Interaction
- Interact courteously and professionally, addressing client needs and inquiries.
- Maintain a polished appearance and confident demeanor during client engagements.
- Communicate clearly, build rapport, and foster positive client relationships.
- Promptly resolve client concerns and handle issues effectively.
Qualifications:
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science / computer engineering or a technology equivalent.
- PMI PMP Project Management Professional, CSM Certified Scrum Master / Agile certifications is compulsory.
- At least 5+ years of project management experience with majority of years in Infrastructure/Hardware/Networking & Monitoring/Cloud/Security Systems projects.
- Majorityof Project Management experience from SI/Consultancy/Technology Product Vendor environments.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
Advantageous to have:
- PMP Program Management Professional Certifications, MSP Managing Successful Programs
Must-have Project Management Experience in 3 or more of these Infrastructure/Cloud areas:
- Cloud ecosystems / IaaS Project Management: AWS Cloud, Microsoft Azure Cloud, Huawei Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Google Cloud, Microservices, API, CICD, DevOps, RedHat, Snowflake, On Premise to Cloud Migration
- On-Premises technology Project Management: Data centres, virtualization, hyper-converge - Nutanix, VMware
- Infrastructure Project Management: Windows, Linux, storage, networking, firewall, routers, WI-FI desktops/laptops/devices, servers, backup, system management solutions, observability, security, tech refresh projects: CISCO, Checkpoint, Paolo Alto network, Dell, Fujitsu, Hitachi, Huawei, IBM, Lenovo, Veeam Backup, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, CyberArk, Aquasec, Terraform, Ansible, KONG, ROSA
