Working hours : 5.5 working days (Mon - Fri: 9.00 am - 6.00pm, Saturday: 9 am - 1 pm)
Duties
- Supervise and coach project engineers in project management.
- Manage and coordiante proeject sites.
- Co-ordinate and submit projects progress claim.
- Design and troubleshoot of BMS system.
- Lead a team of engineers / assistant engineers.
- Manage customer expectation and meet customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all works are carried out as per offer / PO.
- Ensure all documentation (T&C, COC, profree report and progress claim etc) are properly updated and signed.
- Report and update progress to Engineering Director.
- Coordinate and service special project.
- Training of customer on system installed.
- Ensure that the company's policy and objectives and the requirement toward achieving quality, environmental, occupational health and safety policy are in use and practice at all times.
Authorities
- Supervise and coordinate wth project engineers and sub-contractors.
- Review project schedule of projects
- Monitor billing and progress payment
Organization Relationships
- Report to the Senior System Engineering Manager / Director
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering discipline
- Completed internal training on company's system and Products
- Completed internal training on all organization's quality management system.
- Shall have good knowledge in HVAC /BAS.
