Project Manager, Business Architecture Consulting - Asia Pacific
The Project Manager, Business Architecture Consulting - Asia Pacific will play a critical role in Hilton's new Property Engagement Platform (PEP) initiative with the goal of developing an innovative property platform in accordance with Hilton's global business needs and deploying it to most of its estate in the next 3 years. You will collaborate with the program's project managers, APAC business stakeholders, and hotel teams to monitor and align program activities and drive progress toward defined program goals. You will support the program's leadership team by providing visibility into accomplishments, interdependencies, potential risks, and issues.
You will also work closely with hotels to assess current business processes in preparation for their migration to PEP and collaborate with the Global Deployment and Change Management, Regional Front Office, Regional Finance, and the PEP Project Team to define functional gaps, application enhancement needs, new business processes, and potential temporary workarounds.
What will I be doing As the Project Manager, Business Architecture Consulting - Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Partner with the PEP project managers to gain a deep understanding of workstream goals and activities
Continuously look for process improvement opportunities to drive efficiency across the program
Identify risks and issues and create a mitigation plan with the help of project managers
Partner with GDCM APAC PM to understand the rollout schedule, pilot hotel selection, and hotel preparation
Partner with the APAC Commercial Services team to identify business process changes needed
Monitor hotel engagement and satisfaction with PEP across APAC and work with the global program work streams on addressing potential concerns
Act as PEP program liaison for hotels that have exited the GDCM post-migration support phase
Support both the Localization and GDCM teams with reviewing hotel best practices beyond the country pilots
Collaborate with the APAC Finance team to coordinate activities around developing regional solutions (e.g., Doc MX development)
Partner with the APAC Digital Team to identify opportunities for regional features with dependency on on-property fulfillment
Provide program updates to APAC regional team members in collaboration with GDCM APAC PM
Enforce post-migration change management strategy for hotels and regional teams
Communicate updates on PEP enhancements originating from APAC to the region

Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
Four (4) years of Hospitality experience
Two (2) years of Project Management Experience
Experience with property management systems, i.e., Opera, OnQ PM, HotelKey
Solid understanding of Hilton's systems (PMS, CRS, downstream systems) and interfaces
Knowledge of Jira, Confluence and MS Project
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner with varied audiences
Ability to obtain a strong working knowledge of current and future technology capabilities
Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and confidence to motivate and influence others
Demonstrate the highest standards of ethical behavior
