PROJECT MANAGER

1. define a project scope, objectives and deliverables

2. understand client request and communicate effectively to the contractors and designer team to ensure clear instruction is conveyed

3. handle the project site progression to ensure workmanship standard are met and progression is as planned

4. track the costing of the project vs estimated cost

5. conduct quality inspections and addressing any deficiencies

6. identify potential risks to project success
