Job Responsibilities :
. Lead a team to deliver project on schedule and within budget
. Do overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet targets
. Manage risks, issues, budgets and scope throughout the project life-cycle
. Responsible for all construction site matters including safety and other compliance matters
. Ensure all works carried out meet with Clients/Company's quality standards and requirements
. To meet Government / Statutory / Government Agency's regulations/requirements at all times
Job Requirements :
. Degree in Civil Engineering accepted by Singapore PE Board/BCA
. Minimum 10 years experiences as a Project Manager, exposures with major projects in Civil Engineering /Building Construction Industry
. Knowledge of best practices in Construction Project Management
. Excellent in Leadership, Analytical, Planning, Organisational, Communication, Presentation skills
. Build and maintain positive relationships with external clients/internal team members
