Handle site safety, paperworks and site condition

Manage external sub contractors to do works as per drawings

Liaise with drafters to churn out shop drawings

Ensure accuracy

Internally manage own workers of the following trade

- Bricklaying- Plastering- Tiling- Screeding- Waterproofing- Painting

- Structural works, rebar and steel

- Formworks for structure

- Electrical works

- Plumbing works

- Ceiling and partition Works

- Carpentry

- Parquet and decking
