Ability to lead the Project Team to achieve excellence in the project.
Plan and manage project schedule to ensure project completion according to schedule
Manage subcontractors activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
Monitor compliance of work with workplace safety and health regulations.
Monitor project delivery quality to ensure they meet project requirements and regulations.
Implement control measures for material/plant & equipment/utility usage.
Supervise daily site activities.
Other ad hoc duties assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
Degree in Civil / Structural / Building Engineering
Require to obtain either Advance Certificate in Construction Productivity,Certified Construction in Productivity Professional or Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (CCPP/SDCPCCPP/SDCP)
Minimum 2 years and above of project management experience with any scale of construction project.
Computer skills- Using Microsoft Projects, Excel, Word & PowerPoint, etc.
Certify in (CSCPM) Construction Safety Course for Project Manager or Manage Workplace safety & health in construction site lvl 4
