Job Title: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver projects, commissions, and professional assignments.
- Lead as the primary project manager on one or several projects.
- Maintain effective communication channels to ensure all project information is available for successful completion.
- Undertake project management services with minimal supervision.
- Deliver all project outputs in an accurate and timely manner.
- Manage project financials, including fee forecasting and reporting.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, negotiations, and client correspondence to foster strong working relationships.
- Write and interpret reports on work in progress.
- Contribute to proposals and proposal writing for clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Building/Construction Management, Building Surveying, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience in client reporting and relationship management.
- Pre- and post-contract experience.
- Proficient in estimating software, including in connection with BIM.
- Excellent technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills.
- Experience managing qualified staff and distributing workload.
- Knowledge of project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project/ASTA).
- Experience in design management.
- Expertise in project financial management and cash flow forecasting.
- Familiarity with various contract forms, including NEC.
