Job Summary
An exciting opportunity to be part of the Enterprise Data Delivery team and to drive various Digital Data initiatives within the banking industry.

Mandatory Skill-set
  • Degree in Banking, Business, Finance or Economics, Information Technology,
  • At least 5 years of working experience in project management or PMO management experience in the banking industry;
  • Exhibit a comprehensive grasp of project governance processes and a command of Project Management best practices;
  • Strong understanding in data management and data governance principles;
  • Well versed in SQL database management and query;
  • Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to manage project team members across multiple locations, countries, and time zones for project delivery;
  • Excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and ability to influence key decisions, mediate conflicts, and build consensus both internally and externally;
  • Strong skills in communication, consulting, negotiation, and conceptualization
Desired Skill-set
  • PMP or Scrum Certified;
  • Experience in change management.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible in planning, supporting, monitoring and tracking project activities, assessments, within the bank related to data monetization initiatives;
  • Provide project management support by collaborating with multiple teams in ensuring that the project is completed on time;
  • Provide support in generating the relevant project management artefacts and documentation;
  • Understand the data landscape including systems, business process and data flows requirement to support bank-wide data monetization initiatives;
  • Support the business units team leaders in the project management process updates and communicating to senior management;
  • Promote/Enable changes and incubate data monetization culture and agile development methodology with the bank.
